Pharmaps Medication Safety PLUS
Pharmaps Medication Safety PLUS is a product for (hospital) pharmacists that increases medication safety by combining up-to-date patient-specific medication data with clinical chemistry parameters and the subsequent application of medication rules (Clinical Rules).
Pharmaps Cytostatics PLUS
Pharmaps Cytostatics PLUS supports the process from prescribing and starting with a prescription to the next prescription or even a new course of treatment. Paper treatments or prescriptions are no longer necessary. The process will be improved, both in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.
Pharmaps Lareb Feedback Module PLUS
In cooperation with Lareb, Pharmaps developed the web based feedback module that enables caregivers to easily inform Lareb (Neth. pharmacovigilance centre) on observed side effects of medication. This module is an integral part of Pharmaps Medication PLUS, but can also be supplied separately, if desired.
